January 2009 saw an exciting move to a larger premises on Caloundra Road. Having a massive 1600 square metres under roof has brought significant benefits such as:

Expansion to 5 build lines for increased production and more efficient flow of labour and parts
Expanded service facilities to meet increased production
More space to build prototypes of future models in line with our emphasis on innovation
More build lines for canvas facilities to speed flow through of canvas and upholstery assembly
Better parts storage for increased efficiency and storage, stocktaking and picking
Better dedicated customer handover areas uninterrupted by other activities
Larger showroom for more camping trailer models on display and customer lounge and conveniences
Increased office space for more personnel and greater efficiency
Increased lock-up external space for storage of materials and completed 4x4 campers and caravans
Better main road frontage
Consolidation of four factories into one to significantly increase efficiency
